IGNOU RC Bijapur is second Regional Centre in Karnataka located in Vijayapura, representing the 12 North Karnataka districts namely Bijapur, Bagalkote, Belgaum, Dharwad, Bidar, Gulbarga, Koppal, Raichur, Yadgir, Haveri, Gadag, Bellary in Karnataka State and Solapur and Latur districts in Maharshtra
