IGNOU RC Bijapur is second Regional Centre in Karnataka located in Vijayapura, representing the 12 North Karnataka districts namely Vijayapura, Bagalkote, Belagavi, Dharwad, Bidar, Kalaburagi, Koppal, Raichur, Yadgir, Haveri, Gadag, Bellari and Solapur and Latur districts in Maharshtra
